Emergency Action Plan

The Aim

 This emergency action plan is to provide , an effective medical response, in the event of a player ,member or staff, match official or a spectator being injured or taken ill whilst on the pitch or pitch side, whilst in attendance at Corrigan Avenue Recreation Ground .

 

Emergency Services 

Dial 999 for emergency services

When asked the grounds full address - use the following :

Clock house  Recreation Ground

CR5 2QP.

 

First Aider Information

All Coulsdon Athletic Managers and Coaches will hold current Emergency First aid qualification.

Equipment on site

First aid kits : Is located in the tea room and store room 

Treatment room : Use Changing room if required

Defibrillator : Not available

Stretchers : Not available

 

Access for Emergency Vehicles

(The grounds main gate, to the pitches, is located on the left hand side of the club house by the tennis courts)

Keys for the main gate locks are located in the lock box on the wall in the store room. Use the same keys to remove the posts in front of the main gate to allow access to the pitches. 

Please note :  

If an ambulance is required ensure that someone is instructed to open the above mentioned main gate and to provide the directions for attending emergency vehicles.
