Important information for the players of our club.

Players Code of Conduct
 

“ We as a Club , are committed to the Football Associations RESPECT campaign and therefore would request that all parents challenge and eliminate unacceptable behaviour from our game to assist with this and provide understanding in this area we advise logging on to the FAs website www.thefa.com>getinvolved>respect  and take part in the respect educational section."

Training

We do our utmost to ensure training takes place every week during the season. However the weather plays a big part on whether training can take place due to safety reasons.  That said training times are limited to 60 mins - therefore we ask our players to follow the below guidelines to ensure every player gets time to train :

1. Turn up 10mins before training starts
2. Ensure appropriate clothing is worn in relation to the weather conditions

3. Shin pads and boots are worn

4. Bring water for the pitsops and breaks

5. No jewellery is worn - leave your bling at home

6. Do not train with chewing gum

7. Help set up the training exercises - ask your manager what you can do to help.

8. If you are running late or unable to train inform your manager asap

9. Be prepared to listen and learn 

10. Be respectful to your manager / coach and your teams mates around you.

11. Respect the club house and changing rooms - clean your boots before you enter the building and leave the rooms as you find them.

  

Match Days

The managers and coaches spend alot of time preparing for match days and its important each player take part. Listed below are the guidelines we ask each player to follow :

1. Turn up on the time specified by manager - if you are running late inform your manager asap.
2. Ensure appropriate clothing is worn in relation to the weather conditions

3. Ensure you are already in your full kit and already have your shin pads on.

4. Bring water for the pitsops and halftime

5. No jewellery is worn - leave you bling at home

6. You are not chewing gum

7. Help set up the goals - ask your manager what you can do to help.

8. Be respectful to your manager / coach and your opposition.

9. Respect the club house and changing rooms - clean your boots before you enter the building
